Samuel Sundaram Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

A Queens native, Sam is passionate about improving the quality of our communities through the arts. An avid filmmaker and writer, Sam has led numerous film and art collectives. Meeting and helping other artist “immigrants” (whether across the country or the globe) make this amazing City a home Is a passion instilled in him by his parents, immigrants and veteran NYC landlords who came here with nothing and made a name for themselves through hard work and wise investments. While not behind the camera, Sam is the proud dad of two girls, Violet and Samantha, and husband/best friend to his wife Melissa. Close with his family, Sam lives blocks from his parents, who immigrated to the United States from India over forty years ago. His father gave Sam the passion for real estate through his own hard work as a civil servant, real estate investor, and landlord. Seeing the dedication and hard work that it took for his parents to succeed gives Sam the drive to continue their legacy. Sam is interested in social justice reform for fair housing. He learned to install drywall through Habitat for Humanity in Bedford-Stuyvesant. As a volunteer and supporter of The Gay Center of NY, Sam has demonstrated a commitment to promoting inclusive opportunities for all New Yorkers. Sam loves getting the opportunity to meet new people and see the great homes in New York City, and shares his clients excitement through the shopping and buying process. Always available for a coffee or quick call, Sam’s the one who will make buying or selling your home not only a business traction, but a lifelong partnership of mutual prosperity..
